"The Works" Script
The treatment (also referred to in this site as the script or screenplay) for "The Works" was written in 1978 by computer graphics researcher & animator Lance Williams. It was uploaded to Google Drive by Maximized Animation in November 2021.

I used an online tool (ImageToText.info) to convert the script to text for ease of reading with a screen reader, and tweaked it as I went.
Note: Some things in the script are underlined for emphasis. Since I can't do that in a text document, I surrounded the emphasized words with underscores. I've also left in errors that were in the original (but there may very well be errors of my own as well).
